With a newly renovated Dining Room and Deck, Maxwell now offers guests two completely different styles of dining to appeal to a range of occasions and time frames.
In the Dining Room chef Fabian Lehmann offers a carefully curated, seasonal, three or two hour dining experience with a six or four course degustation (expect a few surprises a long the way). It is here Fabian and his team push the boundaries with their cooking techniques and proudly showcase the best produce available from the season.
On the Cellar Door Deck, visitors can opt for a more casual á la carte or sharing menu, eclectic in style designed to graze and share or serve individually. A combination of fun and hearty food where guests can opt for a couple of dishes between them or simply tell the chef to “Just Feed Us”.
The dining experience is enhanced by the addition of acclaimed pastry chef, Jason Brown to the kitchen team. Brown established a name for himself at Sydney’s nel. Restaurant by presenting exquisitely decorated desserts with intricate flavours and textures which fully complement the style and artistry of Chef Lehmann.
