talented Joachim Borenius from Mjolner in Sydney.
On a communal table setting, get ready to raise your glasses, share some fine drops and get spoilt by a
feast torn open in front of you. Eat, drink and be merry they say!
The feasts are to take place on FRIDAY 10th AUGUST AND SATURDAY 11TH AUGUST 2018 from 7pm.
Tickets are $150 pp and with only limited spaces available for both nights,

Joachim's menu, whilst staying true to Mjolner's signature formula of bird, beast, fish and vegetable
mains from the rotisserie, showcases ingredients with both modern and traditional techniques.
Mjolner and Joachim are bound by dishes that are seasonal, produce driven and belly filling.
Fabian and his team welcome the opportunity to share Nordic tricks of the trade, with Fabian enjoying
stint in a renowned Norwegian kitchen. As Maxwell brings the best of the season to the plate,
either from our estate gardens or from local producers, expect complexity, style and precision.
But, with these two heads together, who knows what the night will bring?
