The team from Maxwell is heading to Melbourne for an unforgettable dining experience at Freyja, in Melbourne. 

Bringing together a distinguished line-up of chefs, Jae Bang (former executive chef of Michelin-starred Re-Naa in Norway), Fabian Lehmann (Maxwell Executive Chef), and Freyja’s head chef Aaron Caccia, this will be a collaborative dining experience presenting a menu shaped by wild foraging, fermentation and preservation.
