To celebrate his five-year milestone, our Executive Chef Fabian created a wine that perfectly encapsulates his approach; thoughtful, expressive, and designed to elevate a meal. Cabernet Franc was chosen deliberately for its elegant structure, bright aromatics, and food-friendly character.

Our 2024 "Cab Fab" Cabernet Franc is a vibrant, medium-bodied red with lively acidity and fine tannins, an incredibly versatile wine made to shine alongside a wide variety of dishes. It’s a wine that complements the diversity of Maxwell’s ever-evolving menu, designed with the restaurant setting in mind.
